Account information (name, work email), workspace configuration, and the business records you submit to run your books — documents, inventory data, bank transactions retrieved through our data providers, and the ledger entries the Service produces. We also collect standard technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
Solely to provide and improve the Service for your dealership: processing documents, posting and reconciling your books, generating reports and briefs, securing the platform, and supporting you. We do not sell your data and we do not use your business records to advertise to anyone.
Documents you upload are processed by AI models to extract and classify accounting data. Processing is performed under agreements that prohibit our AI providers from using your data to train their models.
Bank data is retrieved through our data-access provider. Your online banking credentials are never stored by Axle; access tokens are encrypted at rest and can be revoked at any time from your bank or your workspace.
Each dealership's data is logically isolated per workspace. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside Axle is role-based and audited; every automated posting carries a logged decision trail.
We retain your records while your subscription is active. You can export your general ledger and records at any time. After termination you have 30 days to export, after which data is scheduled for deletion.
We share data only with the subprocessors needed to run the Service (hosting, database, AI processing, bank data access, email), each bound by contract, and when required by law.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data through your workspace or by contacting us. Material policy changes will be announced in the product or by email.
